| Description | With access to up-to-date information and a network of people who will aide them, cunning traders can sometimes work their way around enemy Blockades. Avoid Interception gives any trade units from this town a chance to circumvent any hostile blockades. The chance of successfully evading a Blockade, however, is low: you get 0.5% chance per level of your Market, and 0.5% per level of your Trade Office. For example, a level 20 Market and no Trade Office gives a 10% chance. A level 20 Market and level 20 Trader Office gives a 20% chance. If you have more than one Trade Office, each subsequent building has only half the effect of its predecessor, so for example you would get a 27.5% chance with one level 20 Market (10%), and three level 20 Trade Offices (10% + 5% + 2.5%). |
