If you experience a bug or error while in Illyriad, file a petition using the in-game petition system. To do so, choose "support petitions" from under the "your summary" drop down menu.

Tech Support Forums

If you have a technical support related issue and aren’t able to get into game in order to file a petition, post in our Technical Support Forums.

Harassment and Rule Violations

To report harassment or rule violations from other players please do so via the in-game support petition system. File the petition under the "Rules Infringements and Policies" category. Game code of conduct and rules can be reviewed here.
